I can't think of anything other than the parking which is normally really good but due to building work some of the car park isn't available. I had a short walk from my car which was easy for me but maybe difficult for others, therefore could some of the parking area be for blue badge holders until the work is completed.

Excellent service! From the receptionist through to the staff/nurses in the minor injuries that treat me and the xray department. So friendly, professional and ensured they kept me aware of my issue, and also took the time to ring ahead to DRI as I needed further treatment at DRI. I can not thank you all enough for the help and assistance provided you are all superstars!!

Mum had her first cataract surgery at aged 88. She was made to feel at ease as she was obviously very nervous. The staff were lovely and answered mums questions. She is thrilled so far with the results and is hoping to go back for surgery to the other eye. Many thanks to all the team who were involved with her experience.

Perhaps letting mum know there is no entry at the main entrance so early in the morning, we stood a few minutes in the rain at the main entrance then read signage next to the door which told us where to go if you were attending before 8 am.

From the moment we got seen to the moment we left we have been treated with respect, empathy and care. Was very busy, but we could see how quickly the emergency department was trying to minimise everyone's time.

Roof was leaking in 3 places and made it tricky
